ETC: It's Okay to Ask for Directions, Guys
SCENE: Interior of a pub in a small city. A rather good band is playing improvisational covers of some old standards. As they play, one of the band members loses his place in the music, resulting in the following exchange between him and one of his bandmates:

What is this band, and more importantly, is said band member married?
That comical anecdote reminds me of how technology has changed things. Like when you're at a concert and instead of lighters, people are waving their cell phones around....kinda sad.
